I had failed,once again for this past couple of months.This cramps that I have,because of PMS is driving me nuts.I have to be on pill each and everytime I have my PMS.Chronic gila oke sakit,tak tahan.

I had tried not to eat ponstan everytime I have ‘my day’.But,that was soooooo impossible.Oh no! Not saying that I am addict to that pills,but I’m becoming much more dependable to it.When the time arrive,I will have the dialog “Mana ponstan? mana ponstan? ” that I’ll keep on repeating it until I had telan that ubat,hadoi.

Dulu makan panadol aje.Then,pergi pharmacy,the pharmacist suggesting this ponstan la kan.So,since that day la,if I am having menstrual pain *oh oh,every month actually* so I’ll eat this medicine.It’s been a habit for this 2-3 years back until now.

Until one day,my beloved aunty had told me the side effect of taking those pills.Urgh,I am having too much of ponstan.She told me about one fact je.

Mak uda: ada kawan mak uda tu dia nurse.Dia bagitahu yang ponstan ni banyak side effect.

Aku:Oh yea,such as?

Mak uda: it will hakis your stomach.

Aku: OMFG!

So,I’d furthered my research about ponstan.So,this little monster scientific name is mefanamic acid.I’ll just copy and paste the side effect here.

oh oh,and if anyone ask me which one is less harmful,is it ponstan or the panadol medicine color pink tu (I don’t know the name) well,I have no idea at all.Consult with your doc.

For the time being,I’ll try the traditional way to reduce this cramp thing.Such as,drink lots of air suam and sapu minyak panas je kot.

If tak tahan sangat,hmmmm,PONSTAN ! here I come ! hehe.
